Ainsi, le souffle prana qui cherche toujours \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9chapper vers le haut est contraint de descendre et de rejoindre l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie contraire, apana, qui par l&rsquo;application du <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1399\">moula bandha<\/a> est forc\u00e9e de remonter. Ces deux \u00e9nergies ainsi rassembl\u00e9e entra\u00eenent cet \u00e9chauffement recherch\u00e9 qui vise \u00e0 ouvrir le \u00ab canal central \u00bb (soushoumna) et \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">r\u00e9veiller la kundalini endormie<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les textes yogiques indiquent \u00e9galement que cette fermeture <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">concentre et limite la dispersion des \u00ab nectars du cerveau \u00bb<\/span><\/strong>. Par nectars, il est fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions de l\u2019hypophyse et de la glande pin\u00e9ale.
