Il s&rsquo;agit de la fermeture dite du \u00ab diaphragme \u00bb. Litt\u00e9ralement c\u2019est la \u00ab fermeture de l\u2019envol \u00bb. Ouddiyana signifie en sanskrit \u00ab vers le haut \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>A l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;un oiseau \u00e9norme capable de voler sans se reposer, ouddiyana bandha a le pouvoir du lion tuant l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9phant de la mort<\/em> \u00bb (La Centurie de Goraksha \/ Goraksha-shataka).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Cette fermeture consiste<\/span> <span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00e0<\/span> <\/strong>faire remonter le plus possible le diaphragme dans la cavit\u00e9 thoracique en respectant les quelques consignes suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>se pratique l\u2019estomac vide.<\/li>\n<li>se pratique uniquement en r\u00e9tention, les poumons compl\u00e8tement vides.<\/li>\n<li>se pratique dans toutes les positions du corps, mais l\u2019apprentissage se fait plus commod\u00e9ment debout, jambes \u00e9cart\u00e9es, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pench\u00e9 en avant, mains en appuis sur les cuisses.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">toute la r\u00e9gion abdominale est tir\u00e9e en arri\u00e8re et vers le haut.<\/span><\/strong> Le diaphragme est refoul\u00e9 dans la cavit\u00e9 thoracique.<\/li>\n<li>la cage thoracique ne s\u2019affaisse pas, la poitrine est \u00ab lev\u00e9e \u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>ne se pratique pas en cas d\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle ou de troubles cardiaques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ouddiyana <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">stimule l\u2019\u00e9nergie samana<\/span><\/strong> et r\u00e9gule l\u2019activit\u00e9 du 3\u00e8me chakra (manipura), le centre du nombril.<\/p>\n<p>Samana est le souffle vital qui pr\u00e9side \u00e0 la digestion et au m\u00e9tabolisme, il active le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">feu int\u00e9rieur<\/span><\/strong>. Localis\u00e9 entre prana et apana, il r\u00e9git \u00e9galement les \u00e9changes de ces deux autres \u00e9nergies.<\/p>\n<p>Ouddiyana stimule ainsi <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">le processus de digestion et de nettoyage<\/span> <\/strong>au sens large : assimilation des aliments physiques et int\u00e9gration des \u00e9motions et des nourritures mentales.<\/p>\n<p>Stimulant le 3\u00e8me chakra, cette <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">fermeture stimule la confiance<\/span><\/strong> en soi et harmonise les relations aux autres.
