Dans le yoga, l\u2019art de la respiration (pr\u00e2nay\u00e2ma) est bien plus que la simple respiration habituelle qui se fait automatiquement pour entretenir la vie.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quand ce mot \u00ab pranayama \u00bb est lu de la mani\u00e8re suivante : Pr\u00e2na (force de vie), Pr\u00e2n (unit\u00e9 premi\u00e8re) et \u00c2y\u00e2m (expansion), il d\u00e9signe un processus d\u2019expansion de \u00ab l\u2019unit\u00e9 premi\u00e8re \u00bb : l\u2019expansion du germe qui donne vie \u00e0 toute chose.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e2n\u00e2y\u00e2ma est ainsi <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">l\u2019amplification de la force de vie, du pr\u00e2na<\/span><\/strong>, cette force qui p\u00e9n\u00e8tre l\u2019univers \u00e0 tous les niveaux, et qui est tout \u00e0 la fois l\u2019\u00e9nergie physique, sexuelle, \u00e9motionnelle, mentale, intellectuelle, spirituelle et cosmique.<\/p>\n<p>Le yogi qui suit la voie du Kundalini Yoga est un \u00ab pr\u00e2n yogi \u00bb. Il utilise le pr\u00e2n\u00e2y\u00e2ma pour contr\u00f4ler le flot des \u00e9nergies qui l\u2019habitent.
