{"id":1392,"date":"2016-07-27T10:33:43","date_gmt":"2016-07-27T08:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1392"},"modified":"2016-07-27T10:33:43","modified_gmt":"2016-07-27T08:33:43","slug":"contraction-bandha","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1392","title":{"rendered":"Contraction (bandha)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #8c282c;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Contraction (bandha)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/bandhas.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"365\">Les \u00ab contractions \u00bb (bandha en sanscrit) sont des \u00ab ligatures \u00bb ou \u00ab fermetures \u00bb obtenues par la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">contraction de groupes musculaires<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Exemples<\/span><\/strong> :&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1399\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Moula bandha<\/span>&nbsp;<\/a>\/&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1400\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ouddiyana bandha<\/span><\/a>&nbsp;\/&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1401\">Djalandhara bandha<\/a>&nbsp;\/<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1402\">Maha bandha<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Combin\u00e9es avec la ma\u00eetrise du souffle, ces contractions visent \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">transf\u00e9rer les \u00e9nergies<\/span><\/strong> d\u2019un endroit \u00e0 un autre dans le corps du yogin, ou \u00e0 les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">concentrer<\/span><\/strong> plus sp\u00e9cifiquement dans certaine partie, assurant de la sorte une forme d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">scellant les espaces par lesquels l\u2019\u00e9nergie ou le mental se disperse<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9finition de \u00ab bandha \u00bb est similaire \u00e0 celle propos\u00e9e pour les \u00ab moudras \u00bb (gestes). A vrai dire, les bandhas, tous comme les drishtis (concentration oculaires) sont traditionnellement class\u00e9s dans la cat\u00e9gorie des moudras.<\/p>\n<p>En particulier, par l\u2019application de plusieurs fermetures, il est possible de contrarier certains courants d\u2019\u00e9nergie qui par leur fusion cr\u00e9e un \u00e9chauffement suffisant pour<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> \u00e9veiller la \u00ab belle endormie \u00bb<\/span><\/strong>, cette kundalini, qui par son ascension conduit \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9veil spirituel du pratiquant.<\/p>\n<p>La fusion thermog\u00e8ne de prana et apana ainsi que l\u2019ascension de l\u2019\u00e9nergie qui traverse successivement les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">3 portes<\/span><\/strong> sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans la section consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la \u00ab grande fermeture \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le yoga, il est fait mention de tr\u00e8s nombreux bandhas et de nombreuses combinaisons de bandhas.
