Les bija en sanskrit, ce sont des graines, des germes, qui ont le potentiel de r\u00e9veiller la source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie la plus puissante que le yogi puisse trouver.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Sat Nam<\/span><\/strong> est le Bij mantra le plus utilis\u00e9 en Kundalini Yoga. <em>Sat<\/em> signifie la <em>v\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/em>, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l\u2019existence et <em>Nam<\/em> d\u00e9signe l\u2019<em>identit\u00e9<\/em>. Chanter ce mantra am\u00e8ne \u00e0 la prise de conscience de sa <em>v\u00e9ritable identit\u00e9<\/em> (Sat Nam), cette identit\u00e9 infinie et atemporelle. Il est dit que ce mantra \u00ab \u00e9veille l\u2019\u00e2me. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres Bij mantra :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Har<\/span> <\/strong>(un des aspects de Dieu, l\u2019Infini Cr\u00e9ateur) est r\u00e9cit\u00e9 pour promouvoir la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et d\u00e9velopper la force int\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ong<\/span> <\/strong>(la conscience cr\u00e9atrice) et <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">So Hang<\/span><\/strong> (je suis \u00e7\u00e0) r\u00e9cit\u00e9s ensemble : <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ong So Hang<\/span><\/strong> (Conscience cr\u00e9atrice, je suis Toi), particuli\u00e8rement utilis\u00e9 pour ouvrir le chakra du c\u0153ur et d\u00e9velopper cette conviction que nous sommes une part de la Conscience cr\u00e9atrice de l\u2019univers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ashtang mantra<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ashtang mantra<\/span><\/strong>, \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment en Kundalini Yoga pr\u00e9pare le sol dans lequel est sem\u00e9 un mantra germe (bij mantra). Ashtang fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 \u00ab huit plis \u00bb. L\u2019Ashtang mantra est ainsi compos\u00e9 de huit parties, de huit sons. Il y en a de nombreux, mais celui qui est le plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement chant\u00e9 est l\u2019Adi Shakti Mantra : <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00c8k <\/span><\/strong>(1) <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ong <\/span><\/strong>(2) <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Kar <\/span><\/strong>(3) <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Sat <\/span><\/strong>(4) <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Nam<\/span> <\/strong>(5) <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Siri<\/span> <\/strong>(6) <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Wah\u00e9<\/span> <\/strong>(7) <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Gourou<\/span> <\/strong>(8).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wah\u00e9 Gourou<\/span> <\/strong>: (Cr\u00e9ateur et cr\u00e9ation sont Un. Voil\u00e0 la v\u00e9ritable identit\u00e9 de toute chose. Cette sagesse est au-del\u00e0 des mots).&nbsp; \u00ab<em> Si vous chantez ce mantra pendant cette p\u00e9riode sombre qu\u2019est le Kali Yuga : les portes qui vous emprisonnent dans l\u2019ignorance et l\u2019obscurit\u00e9 s\u2019ouvriront, vous serez lib\u00e9r\u00e9 et uni au Divin\u2026<\/em> \u00bb<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ra Ma Da Sa Sa S\u00e9 So Hang<\/span><\/strong> : (Soleil, Lune, Terre, Infini, Infini en Toi, Je suis Infini). \u00ab <em>Ce mantra est utilis\u00e9 pour canaliser l\u2019\u00e9nergie de gu\u00e9rison (pour vous gu\u00e9rir ou gu\u00e9rir les autres) et d\u00e9velopper l\u2019humilit\u00e9 et la gratitude pour l\u2019immensit\u00e9 de la conscience et du don de la vie.<\/em> \u00bb<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Sat Narayan, Wah\u00e9 Gourou, Hari Narayan, Sat(\u00e9) Nam<\/span><\/strong> : (V\u00e9ritable soutien, sagesse indescriptible, &#8230;, v\u00e9ritable identit\u00e9). Chanter ce mantra apporte la paix int\u00e9rieure et la joie. M\u00eame quelqu&rsquo;un qui a une tr\u00e8s faible estime de soi acc\u00e8de \u00e0 la majest\u00e9 en le r\u00e9citant.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Gobind\u00e9, Moukand\u00e9, Oudar\u00e9, Apar\u00e9, Hariang, Kariang, Nirnam\u00e9, Akam\u00e9<\/span><\/strong> : Ces mots d\u00e9signent 8 aspects de Dieu : celui qui pourvoit \u00e0 tout, qui lib\u00e8re, qui \u00e9claire, qui est infini, qui d\u00e9truit, qui cr\u00e9e, qui est sans nom, qui est sans d\u00e9sirs. Il est dit que ce mantra peut \u00e9liminer les blocages karmiques et les erreurs du pass\u00e9.
